My Friends Have an example.. That are Free available on Some Sites.. The only "free" Office was factory installed "OEM" type licenses. The factory could install it, but they had to provide the user with a full product key. I'm willing to bet these new computers did not come with a key. AND, is no longer supported. NO, you cannot use any copy of installed Office for free. There is one option. Find a friend or family member who has Office Family with an unused "share".
The owner of the subscription is allowed to share with up to 5 other people. There are several Office "alternatives" that are not exactly the same as MS Office. I have a list of other Office alternative suites in this wiki. The article got too long for the forum, so I moved it to a Word document and uploaded it to OneDrive.
