Yes No. Sorry this didn't help. Thanks for the response. Unfortunately the issue of glitching sound only affects my laptop. It doesn't matter whether there are just two of us on the zoom, or ten.
The same thing happens. I've tried different times of the day, still the same. Same issue for me and I'm a teacher! It broke up my classroom twice today. This happens on two different laptops both with the Zoom requirements fully met and running Windows 8. This happens in meetings of multiple sizes and I'm hearing from my students that a few of them have the same issue. It happens when I log in directly from their website, use our in-school login or use the Zoom app.
It began after the June 1 updates. I never had that error message prior to that, even though we've been using Zoom since mid-March. Just one thing I've been trying which seems to have worked so far is to run the laptop just off battery power when using zoom.
